NEBOSH National Certificate elearning

We have developed a NEW e-learning package in line with the 2010 NEBOSH Certificate syllabus.

The package can house any one the Certificate Level Units which make up the following NEBOSH qualifications - General Certificate, Certificate in Construction and Certificate in Fire Safety.

Each Unit is divided into individual ‘Elements’ to mirror the NEBOSH syllabus, boasts intuitive navigation that leads delegates logically through the software element by element, with each element having its own index referencing the syllabus content headings.

Each element includes:

  • Active time management - Tracks and records study time within the materials, exercises and assessments. Coupled with the study schedule helps delegates manage their time and achieve their targets.
  • Learning outcomes - An overview of the element and what is expected to be learnt.
  • Learning materials - Core learning pdfs/videos, sources of reference and associated legislation.
  • Learning exercises - Multiple choice and written. Tests understanding and knowledge of the materials, backed up by proposed answers.
  • Confirmation of understanding tasks - Additional exercises to help confirm understanding and re-inforce the knowledge gained.

  • Hazard identification - Interactive exercise tests your ability to identify potential hazards from an image of a workplace.
  • Drag and Drop - Interactive exercise involves completion of the definitions, images and categories.
  • Risk assessment - Requires you to review a completed risk assessment and answer the questions based on the ‘5 steps approach’.
  • Workplace inspection- Requires you to review an image of a workplace, identify the hazards or good working practices and recommend suitable controls.

  • Study schedule - 13 Week study plan that includes step by step instructions, an interactive time table and exam preparation.
  • Personal history - Tracks all exercises and study time broken down by element.
  • Student notes - Create and print notes with full formatting options.

Exam Preparation

  • Exam practice - Sit a 1 hour time based assessment, in preparation for the exam.
  • Mock exam paper - Sit a full 2 hour mock exam paper, in preparation for the exam. Includes model answers and marking guidance.
